Great to be back training after the summer break with the newly renovated club being put to use for the first time last night.

Massive well done to Rylee winning his sixth Irish title this afternoon, beating a tough boxer from Newry on a unanimous decision.
Controlled all three rounds and showed some great work in the later stages,
