Who knew a **rest stop** could be this hard to leave?! With great music, dance, and plenty of craic, it seems some people decided that resting could wait — the party was just getting started! 😜

A massive thank you to Lock Up Alarms for once again showing us how to do a rest stop properly, and for your fantastic support of Carrick Camino. We really appreciate it! ❤️

Judging by the photos, **the only thing missing was a sign saying “Camino ends here — nobody is going anywhere!”** 😂

Today we’re welcoming hundreds of Camino walkers to Carrick on Shannon for the Carrick Camino! 🎉

We wish everyone taking part a fantastic journey, plenty of sunshine, good company and, most importantly, as few blisters as possible! 😄

If you spot a Camino walker around town or along the route, give them a big cheer, a wave and plenty of encouragement — they may need it by the time they get to the later stages! 😂👏

Welcome to Carrick on Shannon, everyone — enjoy the journey, take in the views and remember… it’s only 34km! 😉🥾
