Carlow Sports Partnership is excited to offer a 10-week block of Introduction to Weight Training sessions designed specifically for teenage girls!
Led by the professionals at PATRIC Fitness Bagenalstown, these sessions will help participants build confidence, improve fitness, and learn proper weight training techniques in a safe, fun, and social environment.
