ᛗᚨᚷᚾᚢᛊ ᚹᛖᚱ ᛗᚨᚷᚾᚢᛊᛊᛟᚾ - we added two bands of runes to the two Magnus Ver Magnusson logs, four in total, one of which is shown here. the audio is a clip from the awesome interview and is a really interesting listen.
Aside from all the joy that comes from competing my most valued aspect from the sport of strongman is the bonds of friendship formed over the years.

A photo showing the underside of the log with the continuous knotwork. Dead centre and in the second picture is my makers mark.
A makers mark is used to identify who made the item in question.
My makers mark is my two initials "R" and "L" represented by the runes "Raidho" (journey) and "Laguz" (chaos), which for anyone who knows me personally is an accurate description of my life 😊.
Both of these runes are set inside a circle which is 82mm in diameter, this is a reference to the year I was born 1982.

A brilliant shot from showing the detail in the knotwork that is engraved in either side of the log. Each of the 16 loops on each of the two bands represent a year that Jon Pall lived having passed away at the age of 32. Celtic knotwork has no beginning or end and if followed continues forever as does Jon Pall Sigmarssons reputation as one of the great strongmen to have ever lived.

So after a stressful few weeks to say the least we are happy to be able to start shipping our logs out to customers again. 17 logs due out and these pictures show the progress of our biggest log to date. Two of these are being made for two WSM winners, one of which is going to be a beast of a log 😉 the other is without question the most important log I have ever made. Thanks to all our customers for your patience and continued support. These will be the last photos of this log until it is finally complete. Eddie Hall - The Beast
