ll about the poses , its about being kind and helpful to yourself and others, being mindful of your words and actions and living in the moment so we can be grateful for and notice all the beauty around us. There will be no perfect poses in my class, I have fallen out of headstand or on my bum more times than I can remember but all you have to do is smile, get back up
.Listen to what your body needs and keep at it just as in life! What to expect
You will be invited to start our class with a gentle warm up followed by some breathing exercises and guided meditation (don’t be scared!). We will then flow through some revitalising and heat building standing sequences so we can sweat it out before ending with a slow cool down and relaxation. Alternatives for different levels will be given in all poses as we move with a focus on our breathing. So come along if you’re an athlete looking to stretch, a busy person looking to relax or destress or just looking for a new hobby.
