A number of our Bunclody & Muinebeag club members took to new waters at Castleconnell on Saturday, under the care & expert instruction of Susan Doyle of gopaddle.ie

Susan put them through their paces, challenging and empowering them on unfamiliar water. These women are resilient & rose to the challenge 💪We learn the most on the days we are pushed outside of our comfort zone 🤛 Looking forward to more days like these in the not too distant future🫶 .ie

Shauna has transformed a dull container into a vibrant kayaking-themed mural that perfectly reflects our love for the water and paddling. 🛶

Well done, Shauna! 👏💙 And thank you so much for bringing this space to life. ❤️

A big thank you to our local businesses, Byrne’s Hardware Bunclody and Doyle’s Hardware Tullow, where we were delighted to purchase the paint and materials for this project. 🎨

This project truly embodies what community is all about — working together, supporting local, and improving our local amenities. Something we can all be proud of!

What a great way to finish our summer pool sessions in Bunclody with Cat nailing her first roll - and then repeating it several times! 🙌👏
Huge congratulations, Cat! What a great achievement! 💪
Pool sessions are always a great opportunity to practise rescues, rolling and other skills in a comfortable and controlled environment.
