Working as a Coach and Personal Trainer at FSM BRAY David is passionate about health, wellness and happiness. He then wanted to pass his experiences onto others.

His own weight loss of over 23Kgs has given him the experience and drive to dive head first into the field. Having been 107Kg and obese he needed to make a change originally starting out attending weight watchers meetings and then evolving to being personal trained and then Crossfit. Been a while since I posted here. This summer I have really focused on running. Building up to a 5k again through aerobic capacity program. Why is aerobic capacity so important. I'll discuss this in subsequent posts.

Some more Olympic lifting building back a base with Squat cleans and happy with a 200kg Deadlift after some heavy volume.

Today I had a mix of Deadlifts, snatches, bench and some 400m repeats on the threadmill.

Some heavy single action today. Don't do high Bar Squat very often. Maybe once or twice a year. 145 here and went on to hit 150 also.

Time to spend a few months refocusing the mind and the body on a new training program, getting abit more consistency into my training and not just picking what I feel like day to day.

Hit a comfortable 160kg today but working on very little sleep.

Moral of today's story, make your sleep a priority, cause I should have been hitting 170+ today!
