Lisa, is qualified Arbitrator who has a passion for offering a creative, enforceable, dignified alternative to the current Family Law System. Lisa can work internationally and has worked with separating couples based in different jurisdictions. Arbitration can take place on Skype or telephone and phone, whatever is easiest. The "seat" of the arbitration shall be Ireland even though the parties are
resident outside the jurisdiction. The final award will be enforceable in over 144 countries. Lisa has extensive experience in dealing with High Conflict disputes and has business experience been appointed as Grandmaster in Yoga and Mediation by Swami Vidyanand founder president of the Yoga Alliance International. She uses her skills in Arbitration and Yoga to assist couples achieve a wholly family centered solution. Maxine is a qualified psychotherapist, she works extensively with individuals and couples who have challenges in dealing with traumatic change and emotional turmoil. Maxine offers a compassionate, level headed and safe space for people to learn tools to cope with trauma and big life changes. She will assist you in developing your self esteem and communication skills. She also offers tools to enable clients to identify and separate emotional and practical issues. Going to family court should be the last resort for divorcing and separating couples and with good reason. Couples are often wary of allowing a judge who doesn't know them or their situation to make such huge, life altering decisions based on a few minutes of hearing both their sides. Often in high conflict situations, family court is the only option, especially if mediation has not worked. We also want to offer an alternative to going to court which offers a holistic and all-encompassing resolution process, covering the legal, practical and emotional aspects of relationship, marriage and family breakdown. Our packages can be tailor-made to suit you or your family, but here are a few examples of packages we offer:
Holistic Resolution: A package of either 3 or 5 sessions for a separating or separated couples with both a family law arbitrator or cognitive behavioral therapist, depending on the specific needs of the couple. Divorce/Separation Coaching: For individuals struggling with either the practical or emotional side of the divorce or separation process, including issues around child maintenance or access/custody of children. We offer 3 sessions for each individual with a family law arbitrator and cognitive behavioural therapist. These sessions can be done either over the phone OR face to face depending on your location. Fee: Sliding scale dependent on individual circumstances. Holistic Healing Package: For individuals who are in an ongoing high conflict situation or who have just come out of one. If you are feeling emotionally low, depleted of self-esteem or simply physically exhausted then this package is for you. You get to choose 4 sessions from a menu of pampering and soothing options. From Indian Head Massage, to a yoga session, a crash course in meditation or a self-esteem boosting counselling session. We aim to leave you feeling empowered and excited about the next chapter in your life! We also offer individual sessions for family arbitration and conflict resolution for couples who don't want to separate, and general advocacy sessions for single parents.
