Exactly - Wednesday pre!

A friend sent me a recipe for little “fake” wild sausages made in a dehydrator… and of course I had to give it a go.

Let me tell you—this was WORK 😅�My icing bag idea? Total fail. Ended up using freezer bags that kept bursting… not exactly the smooth process I had in mind.

BUT… once I got the hang of it, it all came together 🙌�And they turned out SO tasty.

Honestly, the perfect little snack—great for long car journeys or just when you want something healthy in between meals.

Fun fact: venison is actually one of the healthiest meats you can eat 👀

Would I do it again? …ask me after I recover from the chaos 😂
