Spectrum Kids Fitness, offering fitness classes for children on the Autism Spectrum. We have classes based in Huntstown Dublin 15, Ratoath and Coolock.
At Spectrum Kids Fitness children are learning that fitness can be fun, its not a chore and we can do it while laughing and enjoying ourselves. Through play we are building our core strenght, working on balance, improving our hand eye coordination, working on our overall fitness and very important we are learning how to mix with our peers , we encourage turn taking in our running games and waiting
