1 year on and her journey at Lifted is up with work kicking back off. From starting off in our mummy baby class last summer as mum of 3 👶 To completing a solo and doubles Tryka event and crushing it. It’s not easy showing up for yourself as consistently as she has. I could speak on well earned results but that shouldn’t be the focus, it’s a byproduct of her hard work and commitment to the process. Inspiring effort and dedication from Diane 👏 Wishing you all the best & hopefully see you around 🫡

👶 BYOB Gym classes at Lifted have been creating strong mums for the last number of years 💪

I couldn’t be prouder of those that have come through the class while managing a baba and the sleepless nights that come with it. I have spaces still available at 10:15am for a few more mums that are ready to train and would like to slowly rebuild their bodies.
