💜 FREE WOMEN’S STRENGTH CLASSES AT EMPOWER FIT 💜

Empower Fit is delighted to support Ireland Active’s DAY 2026 by opening our doors and offering two free women’s strength classes on:

📅 Wednesday, 23rd September

🕙 10:00am–10:45am
🕗 8:00pm–9:00pm

If you’ve been curious about strength training but feel nervous about walking into a gym, this is your opportunity to come in and experience Empower Fit for yourself.

You don’t need to be fit before you start.
You don’t need to know how to use the equipment.
And you definitely don’t need to keep up with anyone else.

We’ll guide you through the class, show you how to perform each exercise safely and adapt everything to suit your ability.

This isn’t a fitness test.

It’s a chance to discover what your body can do in a friendly and supportive environment.

Because as women begin to feel physically stronger, something else often happens too. They start trusting themselves more. Their confidence grows. They begin believing they are capable of more, and who knows where that can lead?

The classes are completely free, but spaces are limited and must be booked in advance through LegitFit.
