Dance Fitness .. I am already teaching fun dance fitness for 14 years@ Ballina Community Sports Centre similar to fit step/aerobics /zumba (simplified) line dancing ..
Now im adding a chair based option to morning clases only! so more people can join! weight are optional also while chair offer support to help concentrate on upper /lower body in comfort off a seat .....
1 .Seated exercise every thursday morn at 11.15
2 .Friday morning at West Sligo Family Resource Centre enniscrone at 11am payg class all proceeds to to upkeep of centre 8 e payg ! .all welcome all done to great music great fun ..
