We’re delighted to welcome Mayo footballers Dylan Thornton, Kobe McDonald and James Carr to Ballina Golf Club today as they take part in our Charity Golf Classic in aid of Sunflower Children’s Hospice.

It’s fantastic to have three of the All-Ireland winning Mayo footballers joining us and giving their support to such a worthy cause.

A huge thank you to the lads and to everyone taking part, donating and supporting the fundraiser this weekend. We hope everyone has a brilliant day at Ballina Golf Club!

Just home from his recent trip down under, Kobe is pictured trying out our new fairways mower with Course Superintendent Eddie Bowes. He is also joined by his All Ireland team member Conor Loftus. Both Kobe and Conor seem very happy with the new purchase. Maybe Kobe might consider a job at the golf club!!
