MUM & BABY CLUB
MONDAYS 11AM
This is not a "bounce back" session. We take the time to rebuild. We focus on reconnecting the core & pelvic floor, Diastasis Recti improvement and progressing to rebuilding strength which will lead to a return to impact. Mums get to work out while babies can hang out in their car seats or play on the baby mats.
Drop me a line or Whatsapp 087 002 5360 to book your spot or if you would like more information. Pre walkers only for this session.
Session can be adapted for pregnant ladies too. No matter where you are in your pre or post natal journey you are welcome to join us. First visit is free.
**You must be 6 weeks post partum (10 weeks C-section ) and have clearance from either your midwife, doctor or physio to exercise in order to join in.

Sessions are very busy despite regulars being on holiday, at festivals & schedules being disrupted by childcare. Could I ask that you please add yourself to the wait list if the session you are trying to attend is booked up? I'm tying to gauge interest in extra sessions.
I'm also open to any suggestions regarding the timetable over summer.....extra sessions, earlier sessions, shorter fast paced sessions? Drop me a line & I'll see what I can come up with.
