How you start your week is important.
Its up to you.

Getting outdoors for a peaceful walk, run or crawel is a great start.

Understanding the 'why' is important.

Understanding why an exercise is performed in a certain way is crucial.
Once you understand why trainers place so much emphasis on proper technique, you'll significantly reduce your risk of injury.
Of course, technique can be affected by several factors:

1. Medical conditions.
2. Mobility limitations.
3. Lack of concentration or focus.

When exercises are combined into a workout routine—especially time-pressured workouts where you're pushing the pace—maintaining good technique can become more challenging. However, when you understand the purpose behind the movement and the reasons for correct ex*****on, you're far more likely to continually check and correct your form throughout the workout.

Getting an adult body to do what it could do as a kid is one of the ultimate tests of functional strength.
