🟢⚪️ Tommy Hewitt appointed St Peter’s FC Director of Football 🟢⚪️

Following on from Dermie Lennon’s appointment last week, we are delighted to welcome former player and manager Tommy Hewitt as our club’s first ever Director of Football.

A former Athlone Town and Sligo Rovers Women’s manager and a UEFA A Licence holder, Tommy will bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion to the role. He will work closely with our underage coaches and players to further develop and expand the structures already in place at the club, while also providing support and guidance to our CCFL management teams and players.

We are delighted to welcome Tommy back to the club and look forward to the positive impact he will have across all levels, particularly within our underage section, as we continue to build for the future.

🟢⚪️ St Peter’s FC Welcomes Dermie Lennon as Senior A Team Manager 🟢⚪️

We are delighted to welcome Dermie Lennon to St Peter’s Football Club as Senior A Team Manager for the upcoming 2026/27 season.

A former player, manager, and Director of Football with Athlone Town FC, Dermie brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and leadership to the club. He will also be a familiar face to many of our players, having worked with several of them at different stages of their footballing journeys.

Dermie’s passion for the game, combined with his extensive experience both on and off the pitch, makes him a fantastic addition to St Peter’s FC as we look ahead to the new season.

From everyone at the club, we wish Dermie every success in his new role and look forward to getting back on the grass next month.
