WHY ENTER THE ADCC IRELAND KIDS & TEENS OPEN? ☘️
Competition is one of the best ways for young grapplers to accelerate their development.
It gives them the chance to test their skills under pressure, face unfamiliar opponents, build confidence and gain experience that simply cannot be replicated in normal training.
At the ADCC Ireland Kids & Teens Open, athletes aged 7–17 will have the opportunity to:
