Senshin Grand Prix Event 6 — last Sunday was another huge step forward for our athletes and programme.

A brilliant day of competition with strong performances, great intensity, and valuable experience gained across every division. It was great to see athletes challenging themselves, supporting each other, and continuing to raise standards on the mat.

Thank you to all athletes, coaches, referees, volunteers, and families who contributed to the day and helped make the event such a success.

The level keeps rising. Back to work.

This weekend we have a whole host of athletes representing their clubs, their provinces, and Ireland 🇮🇪 in the beautiful town of St Gallen, Switzerland 🇨🇭.

From minors right through to seniors, we wish you all the luck in the world.

The hard work is done, the preparation is complete — now it’s time to fly the flag, be proud, and put into practice everything you’ve trained for.
