The three essential elements of a judo throw are:
•Kuzushi (breaking the opponent's balance),
•Tsukuri (fitting in and positioning), and
•Kake (the ex*****on or completion of the throw).
Mastering these phases allows a judoka to use minimal effort for maximum effect, making the throw efficient and powerful.
