Wear ANYTHING but gym gear 😂 Fancy dress, pyjamas, your Sunday best — we don’t care, just show up and have the craic with us. Team workout, big energy, zero pressure. Bring your best outfit and your worst excuses, we’ll sort the rest.

🏁 TRYKA WEEKEND IS HERE! 🏁

Good luck to every single Intension athlete taking on Tryka this weekend. You’ve put in the work, now it’s time to trust your training and enjoy every second. 💪🔥

A few last-minute tips:

🥔 The day before: Don’t overthink it! Add a few extra carbs to your meals (rice, pasta, potatoes, oats, bagels) and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

🍌 Race morning: Eat something you’ve had before—nothing new! Aim for breakfast 2-3 hours before your wave. Think porridge with banana and honey, toast with peanut butter, or a bagel with eggs.

⏰ Timing: Get there early, soak up the atmosphere, warm up properly, and don’t waste energy stressing. Your race starts when YOU cross the line.

🧦 Pack smart: Trainers ✔️ Change of clothes ✔️ Water ✔️ Snacks ✔️ Electrolytes ✔️ And don’t forget those funky socks!

👯 Team tip: Match your outfits so you’re easy to spot in the crowd… plus you’ll look unreal in the photos! 😍

🏃 During the race: Start a little slower than you think. Breathe. Communicate with your partner. Encourage each other. Smile when it gets tough—it really does help!

❤️ Remember, this isn’t about perfection. It’s about celebrating what your body can do. Every station completed and every metre covered is something to be proud of.

Go out there, have fun, make memories, and leave it all on the floor.

Absolutely bursting with pride for the Ratoath Ladies GAA team after winning the final and earning their place in Division 2! 🏆💪

It’s been such a privilege to play a small part in their journey as their strength & conditioning coach here at Intension. This group of girls are not only talented athletes, but an incredible team full of determination, resilience, support and serious craic along the way.

From squats to laughs, glute activation to a few unexpected downward dogs 😂 — every session was full of energy, commitment and heart. Watching all the hard work pay off on the pitch has been amazing.

So proud of every single one of them, their coaches and everyone involved behind the scenes. Division 2 here they come 🔥💙💛
