Nice gentle row this morning to stretch out the muscles after yesterdays regatta.
Our newer junior members also coming along brilliantly in Blackbird, we'll make professionals out of them before the end of the summer. ๐ฃ๐ช

Big well done to our mixed crew who traveled up and competed in Ringsend at ๐St. Patricks Rowing Club๐.
They had a quick run down to the turn with a tough race back up the Liffey against the wind, but with some brilliant rowing, they made it back.
Also, a big thank you to St. Patrick's for having us and helping our crew unload and launch our boat.

This morning's training was a bit different from usual. Our crews got the chance to go for a longer row down to the coast, with a little break and a swim on the beach, before heading back home. ๐ฃ
