South East Archers is an Archery Ireland target and field club, based at Ovoca Manor. We are a small, friendly club and new members are welcome.
It is our intention to make archery available to all those who would like to try it or stay with it. Archery is a suitable activity for all ages, sexes and abilities. It can be a social activity, escape from work, marital art, continuation of a traditional activity, form of meditation or pure competition. You decide what it means for you.

We visited the Strongbow Archers for a fantastic day of shooting today!
The double flint is a really fun and yet quite demanding format so we're very happy to have come home with a couple of awards!
If you've never shot with Strongbow Archers, you're really missing out. Not only are the shoots perfectly organized, educational and competitive, but they're also just amazingly _friendly_. I did not stop smiling for the whole day - even shooting the worst blunders didn't feel bad with these incredibly welcoming folks.

Congratulations to our archers shooting in the Marked Animal Round in Wexford Archery Club at the tail and of the Irish Field Archery Federation - IFAF National Field Championships.
Despite the two prior days of effort our shooters did fantastic, grabbing first in AMBHR, second in AFBHR and first in CFTR!
Many thanks to Wexford Archery Club for organizing this amazing and rare round. It's a great learning experience at an amazing club. Don Bradley, Se Kelly and Lynn Ellingworth surpassed themselves with the setup using their fantastic venue to its limit.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE – EFAC 2027 UPDATE ⚠️
The IFAA Executive has received formal notification that Romania has withdrawn from hosting the European Field Archery Championships (EFAC) 2027.
As a result, archers are advised NOT to register or make any payments through the current Romanian EFAC 2027 website:

At this time, the website remains live despite a formal request for its removal.
The IFAA Executive and Europe Region Council are actively working to secure an alternative host nation to ensure EFAC 2027 can proceed for the benefit of the Region and its archers. Further updates will be shared as soon as confirmed.
IFAA member associations [Europe] please share this notice to your membership to help prevent any registrations or payments being submitted in error.

This weekend had our archers competing at Wexford Archery Club's amazing ranges in the Irish Field Archery Federation - IFAF National Field Championship.
We are extremely proud to say that our archers took 3 champion titles - in Cub Female Traditional Recurve, Adult Male Bowhunter Unlimited and in Adult Male Bowhunter Recurve - alongside 3 separate Irish National Records.
It's not every day that we can celebrate such achievements!
