π PRE TEEN FITNESS (Ages 10β12) π
Join our exciting fitness programme designed especially for kids aged 10β12!
Our Pay As You Go programme begins Wednesday, 8th July.
These 45-minute sessions are perfect for children who love to move and have funβwhether they're not interested in competitive sports or they're already sporty and looking for something different.
Using a variety of bodyweight exercises, fitness games, and interactive activities, children will improve their: πͺ Strength βοΈ Balance π€Έ Coordination π Motor Skills
Most importantly, they'll have so much fun they won't even realise they're exercising!
