Join our exciting fitness programme designed especially for kids aged 10–12!

Our Pay As You Go programme begins Wednesday, 8th July.

These 45-minute sessions are perfect for children who love to move and have funβ€”whether they're not interested in competitive sports or they're already sporty and looking for something different.

Using a variety of bodyweight exercises, fitness games, and interactive activities, children will improve their: πŸ’ͺ Strength βš–οΈ Balance 🀸 Coordination πŸƒ Motor Skills
