Well done Gina O Shea 🙌🤩
A local Killorglin woman is preparing to chop off her very long hair to help children experiencing hair loss due to cancer treatment and other medical conditions.
Gina O’Shea (32) from Iveragh Park has made the generous decision to cut off her long hair and donate it to The Little Princess Trust, a charity that provides real-hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their hair.
In the process she is also raising funds for the charity so her hair can be transformed into a wig for a little child.
Having spent years growing her hair, Gina decided she wanted to do something meaningful that could make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Saturday morning crew 💪🔥💥❤️
Feeling very emotional writing this as I just coached my last official class 🥹💛
As I about to head off on maternity leave very soon (and get ready to welcome TWINS!! 👶👶), I just want to take a moment to say the biggest thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last 15 months.
I’ve had the absolute privilege of working with the most incredible people —watching you grow in confidence, strength, and consistency has meant so much to me 💪
To my amazing clients—you’ve shown up, put in the work, trusted the process, and honestly made my job so enjoyable. I’m so proud of every single one of you ❤️
I’m also so happy to see so many of you continuing your fitness journey with MLF—staying consistent, motivated, and committed. That means everything to me and is what it’s all about 🙌
And somewhere along the way, this became so much more than just coaching—I’ve made friendships for life, and that means everything 🫶
Thank you as well for all the beautiful gifts and messages over the last few days—I’ve felt so loved and appreciated 💛
I’ll miss you all so much, but I’m so excited for this next chapter. And I can’t wait to celebrate at tomorrow’s baby shower 🥰👶👶
Thank you again for all the support, laughs, hard work, and memories 💛 see you all very soon, back on the dance floor at 🔥💪

MLF crew absolutely SMASHING the Battle Cancer on Saturday — sweat, vibes, teamwork and unreal effort from every single person 👏🩷
Our first year taking it on and it definitely won’t be the last 💥
From start to finish it was nothing but energy, fun and serious graft… and we only went and raised €4,865 for Ardee Cancer Support Group 💛
Proud doesn’t even cover it — best crew in the game 🔥💪
