OM. The event where yoga met music.

A courtyard in the heart of Turin, full of breath, movement, and sound. Breath work with Filippo Rivalta , Ashtanga therapy with Giuseppe Panarello , and a shared performance of piano and yoga with Valentina Lombardo and Sara Ferrero that turned the whole space into one long, slow exhale.

The Kaiman, The Praying Frog, The Punk Lizard rolled out right there in the courtyard in their BREATH COLLECTION version to support the practice.

Back from Dolomiti Wellness Festival. What a few days!

A field full of mats, beautiful people trying URCA for the first time, yoga on our SUPs, and energy that stayed high the whole time.
