Here's something I notice constantly with clients.
When someone's stuck, they don't usually stop trying. They try the same thing again, in a slightly different outfit.
Same kind of research.
Same conversation with the same three people (even if the words are a little different).
Same private negotiation with yourself at 2am.
It feels like effort. And really, it's repetition.
(That’s how strong our subconscious, embodied programming is!)

It just needs the opportunity to shine. And thats what I built Alchemy to be. A soul-journey of five months with a small group, and the right conditions held for long enough.
Alchemy isn't a first step into this kind of work. It's for people who've already taken that step, more than once, and are quietly aware that something is still stuck.
