White Tiger Qigong consists of 4 main types of Qigong which are, Breathing Qigong, Sitting Qigong, Standing Qigong and Moving Qigong. All 4 fit together like pieces of a puzzle. They are all integrated within each other as once you begin you will find out how. For example the postures practiced during standing Qigong will help you in understanding your posture while doing moving Qigong.
