We didn't come to prove anything. We came to practice. Basics, breath, form, flow. Beginners and advanced on the same mat, sharing the same respect.
No performance. Just presence and hard work.
We are so grateful to still have him as our Sifu at 84 years old in this video — still teaching, still guiding us.
