1. Butuh ketenangan untuk bisa bergerak mengalir tanpa terburu-buru atau takut jatuh.
2. Butuh kekuatan terutama upper body strength (otot lengan, bahu, leher, dll)
3. Sudah bisa gelantungan di cadillac = super kuat? Super fit? Super sehat? Super cantik? Tidak.
Banyak manfaat pilates on cadillac lebih dari sekadar pose aesthetic atau sensasional. Namun, banyak p**a manfaat pilates dengan apparatus lain selain cadillac, bahkan mat pilates! Berani coba?
