only to be called back to this, deeper & more stripped than ever before.

a year in sitting with the heart as it breaks, over & over again.
allowing it to, seeing through the break to the end, and watching the rebirth unfold.

a year of being in the body.
being in the now-ness of it.
being in every cell, every organ, every sense.
being in it all.

P A T R E O N starting the new year with a new platform to practice online ✨ This is a space for classes, community n connection. Each month I will release 4 Yoga Classes (recorded), as well as some extra offerings if spirit so calls me too. Sessions will include Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Intuitive Movement & Meditation. All of the gd stuff ✨ and once the video is uploaded you will have lifetime access meaning you can repeat the classes as much as you would like. Have been asked alot about online classes- and after teaching on zoom via lockdown and feeling the challenges of the internet, Patreon is paving a new way !
