From 19 to 22 June, members of the Football Referees Association of Singapore (FRAS) embarked on our annual overseas football trip to Surabaya, Indonesia. The highlight of the visit was a friendly match played on 20 June against our counterparts from the Surabaya referees’ community — a wonderful occasion that blended sporting spirit, mutual respect, and warm camaraderie.

Beyond the pitch, the trip offered a chance to strengthen ties, share experiences, and enjoy the rich culture and hospitality of Surabaya. True to our tradition, it was as much about fellowship as it was about football.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all 18 members who joined us — whether taking to the field as players or supporting behind the scenes as officials. Your enthusiasm, commitment, and teamwork made this trip a memorable success. Thank you for representing FRAS with pride, sportsmanship, and the spirit of unity that defines our association.

FRAS held our annual football Batam trip on the 20 Sep 2025. The game was played on the vast surface of the Temenggung Stadion. Thank you to all members who had participated in this friendly match and do keep a look out for our next event.

FRAS President Cup Challenge 2024
This year's game was played in 3 Half's with non stop excitement. The games were played in a spirit of friendship although some hard tackles were made. This year again the West Referees Team Won the Challenge Cup by beating the East Referees Team by 3 goals to 1.
Thanks to all members attending the games as players and spectators and made the atmospheres more exciting.
