One exercise session consisted of:

20 Minute Training Program (Basic / Advanced Program)

Doing exercises for 20 minutes on all parts of the body that focuses on all muscle groups. In this program, Miha-Bodytec impulses will flow at 85 Hz which is used to stimulate the muscles optimally. The amount of electricity that is released together with the Nerve Center Natural incurred in the human body, so the training is 100% safe for you. Movement that we provide to every client is different, depending on the desired outcome of each client. Broadly speaking, men will be given more movement 'Weight Lifting' like normal movements in a conventional gym, while the female client, will be given the movements of Yoga or Pilates movements, combined with a slight movement of Weight Training.
5 Minutes Cellulite Program:

After doing the exercises for 20 minutes, body "burning" begin to happen. In this program, you do not need to do any movement, this machine will vibrate fats under your skin. With only impulses for 7 HZ but constant, Cellulite Program helps speed up the process of fat burning. If matched with diligent exercise and eating a healthy diet, weight loss targets you will feel significantly with both programs above!
5 Minutes Body Relaxation Program:
