has been played to the end. The team has spread around to Buda and Pest but also to Rovaniemi garrison. Finishing position at 17 doesn't please the team, but we have certainly learned that warm-up tournaments are the way to go if we like to win tough games!

"I have played Ultimate since 2011. My first team, Salko from Kuopio, was very small and I am not sure does it exists anymore. 😢 Since 2013 I have played in Helsinki Ultimate and at the moment I practice and play in Family Ultimate Düsseldorf, Germany. I played in finnish open 2015 and 2016."

"This is my second year playing ultimate and also my second year in a Finnish national team. The first tournament I ever played in was actually where I got invited to the U20 Finnish national team. So it has been competitive right from the start and I intend keeping it that way. Playing in the men's national team has helped me greatly in achieving that goal. Despite of a year full of minor injuries, I look forward to this years EUC and intend to perform at my best."

"Started playing four summers ago at Turku Terror. Being a small Ultimate community in Finland I got asked to come to the WJUC2016. This year tried out to U23 also but we did not manage to get a team there. There I would have been on the older side of the bunch but now I am the younger ones on this team!"

"Started 2008 and before that I was playing floorball and also training in athletics. In Finland my ultimate career has been patchy playing for 5 different teams along the way! will be my second european championships so very excited about it!"

"I have played ultimate since 2006 and this is the fourth time with the Finnish national open team. Tough games and good company seems to be worth the money and effort each time.
