Marija Tolj is the 6th-best female discus thrower in Europe!

In the women’s discus throw final at the European Athletics Championships, Marija finished 6th with a throw of 63.08m, her second-best result of the season.

We truly believed that a medal was within reach at these Championships. Marija had reached the level — both physically and mentally — where this could have become a reality.

Unfortunately, that dream did not come true this time. But 6th place in Europe is certainly nothing to be ashamed of!

We are proud of Marija and everything she has achieved. This is another important step forward, and we know that the big results are still ahead of us. 💪🇭🇷

Unfortunately, our hammer throwers were unable to advance from the qualification rounds at the European Athletics Championships.

In Group A of the men’s hammer throw qualification, Matija Gregurić finished 15th overall with a throw of 73.49m.

For Gábor Czeller, it was his first senior international championship, and he finished 26th with a throw of 70.47m.

Congratulations, guys! Keep your heads up and keep working! 💪🇭🇷🇭🇺

At the Hungarian Athletics Championships Gábor Czeller claimed 3rd place in the men's hammer throw with a best mark of 73.04 m.

This result marks an important milestone in this season and represents a significant step toward qualifying for the European Championships in Birmingham.

Two gold and one silver medals on the second day at the Croatian National Athletics Championships!

Matija Gregurić won the men's hammer throw competition with a solid 74,02m throw.
Hrvoje Šaravanja took the silver medal with a throw of 53,51m.

Marija Tolj won her second National title in shot put with a 15,30m throw.

One gold and one silver medals today at the Croatian National Athletics Championships!

Marija Tolj won the women's discus throw competition with a solid 61,86m throw.

Lorena Petrovic took the silver medal in the women's hammer throw competition with a throw of 59,76m.

New Season's best throw and another victory from Matija Gregurić at the World Athletics Continental tour bronze Motonet GP Tampere!

Matija won the men's hammer throw competition with his new season's best throw of 76,50m.
