You may have noticed fewer underwater posts from us lately. Audrey has been off the island for three months due to her mother’s illness and passing, but she will be back soon—and back on the boats!

Audrey’s love for Roatán does not stop at the shoreline. In addition to her underwater conservation and photography work, she is Vice President of Roatán Operation Animal Rescue and a driving force behind ROAR’s Mobile Initiative.

Beyond the beauty we all love, too many animals are born into hunger, illness and neglect. Audrey is working to change that through an island-wide census, targeted sterilization, veterinary care and education brought directly into communities through a mobile clinic.
