DEF Promotions 長期贊助的日本資深拳手渡邉卓也， Takuya Watanabe（42-14-2，23Kos)成功過磅。 明天將在後樂園出戰。
去年10月他在同一場館以第2回合TKO擊敗泰國選手帕蒂潘·克朗。
明天他將對陣原口秀司（7勝6負2和，2次KO），進行8回合60公斤合約賽，賽事為 Kadoebi Boxing Fight 6 & Dangan 282。
渡邉長期擔任日本世界冠軍的陪練，包括「怪物」井上尚弥。
DEF Promotions 自2015年起贊助Takuya已超過10年，與日本拳擊界有深厚關係。DEF 亦多次邀請他來香港旗下出賽，包括2017年贏得WBO Oriental Champion.

Meet your coach: Nibesh Ghale
A professional fighter with a 6-1 (5 KOs) record and head of the DEF Fight Team. Nibesh leads the student class with the same intensity and care he brings to the pro ring. He focuses on solid fundamentals, discipline, and the value of hard work — helping young students become focused, confident athletes.
Student Group Class
• Open to students aged 12 and above (valid student ID required)
• Every Monday to Friday, 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm (90 minutes)
• Drop-in: $150 per session
• Monthly unlimited: $1,200

• Control intensity: Light to medium contact for most rounds. Hard sparring is limited and purposeful.
• Protect your partner: Pull punches, avoid dirty tactics, and respect the agreed intensity.
• Focus on specifics: Work one or two skills per session (e.g., jab defense, body-head combinations, or footwork under pressure).
• Communication: Agree on rules (headgear, body only, light contact, etc.) and use a mouthpiece, hand wraps, and proper gloves (14–16 oz recommended for sparring).

防守還擊（Counterpunching）係拳擊入面最高效嘅攻擊方式之一。
簡單嚟講：
唔係等對手打完先還手，而係喺防守嘅同時或者剛剛防守完，即刻反擊。
核心概念
防守唔係淨係「擋」或者「避」，而係用防守動作去製造空檔，然後第一時間出拳。
對手出拳時，佢自己會露出破綻（例如身體前傾、重心移動、手臂伸出），你就趁呢個時機打返去。

拳擊的「黃金距離」，簡單嚟講就係：你打得到對手、對手打你相對困難嘅最佳距離。
呢個距離唔係固定數字，而係屬於你自己嘅「有效射程」。掌握得好，進攻同防守先可以同時發揮到最好。
真正嘅「黃金距離」多數落喺中距離，或者根據你臂展同風格微調。
長臂拳手可以稍遠啲；短臂或力量型可以再近少少。
點解黃金距離咁重要？
• 你打得到，對手打唔準：你嘅拳有完整伸展同發力，對手嘅拳就容易打短或者打空。
• 節奏控制權在你手上：你可以選擇進攻、後退、或者轉角度。
• 體能同風險平衡：唔使狂衝，亦唔使成日退到出界。
