NEW YEAR - NEW CLASSES!! 🚨
After many requests and over two years of only private sessions we have finally added some drop in group classes to the schedule!
Full body high intensity strength sessions starting 16th January.
MONDAY: 7 AM
TUESDAY: 12 PM
WEDNESDAY: 7 AM & 12.30 PM
FRIDAY: 12.30 PM
These classes are capped to five people max so book early to avoid disappointment.

A completely fresh start to either set new goals or keep accomplishing what you’ve already set out to do. I love this time of year, the weather is great, everyone is refreshed from their Christmas break and ready to get back to it.
Makes us so happy seeing the same regular faces and welcoming the new ones 🎉 🤩

The thing I love about stir fry’s is you can add what ever veg you want and they still taste great!
Ingredients:
1 Chicken Breast 🐔
3 Organic Bok Choy 🥬
Broccoli 🥦
1 Grated Carrot 🥕
Sweetcorn 🌽
Kale 🥬
For The Sauce:
Ginger finely chopped
Garlic finely chopped
Soy Sauce
Dash of Sesame Oil
Crunchy Peanut Butter

“As mornings are always busy it’s hard to find the time to sit down and have breakfast or a smoothie..
