Tuesday BodyPump (6:45 PM): Starting this July, Patrick S is taking over the Tuesday evening BodyPump slot! If you’ve been looking to experience his incredible lifting energy, crisp technique coaching, and high-octane motivation in a regular weekly slot, this is your chance to jump in from Day 1!

All other classes across both hubs remain locked into your favorite routines, so you can keep smashing your fitness goals with your regular squad without missing a beat.

今個公眾假期，跳舞控有福了。

由 Kevin 喺 Art Piece 開始（10:00am），接住 Sandra 喺 Taikoo 繼續（12:00pm），再到 Kath 嘅 Funky Dance 完美收尾（1:05pm）一個假期三堂跳舞，唔係次次假期都咁夾的。

仲有，XStrength Release 3 就係呢日正式 launch。 Elle 同 Sam 帶俾大家全新 音樂，新動作、新能量。

當然仲有 Elle 嘅 BodyCombat、Alan 嘅 TRX，以及 Curtis 75分鐘嘅 Yoga Therapy 幫你好好收尾。
