What an intense 48-hour blitz for the Hong Kong Women’s Lacrosse Team in Japan! 🌸🇯🇵 We squeezed in a whirlwind training camp over the weekend, facing off in three friendly scrimmages against top local squads to gear up for the tournaments ahead.

【2024/25 女子超級聯賽⚔️— Final Result 🔱Ravens vs Flamingo】

女子超級聯賽最後一輪嘅比賽由 Ravens 對上 Flamingo ，一齊睇吓邊隊可以登上冠軍寶座🥇😆啦！

首節 Flamingo 一開始就發威，猛攻入五球，Ravens 都有入球，首節 Flamingo 以 5：2 暫時領先。

第二節Ravens 逐漸搵到節奏，比 Flamingo 入多一球，縮窄分數差距，但 Flamingo 仍以 7：5 領先。

，Flamingo 喺第三節繼續穩定發揮，攻入三球，Ravens 不甘落後，入咗兩球。

最後一節 Flamingo 成功阻擋咗 Ravens 嘅進攻，再入一球，Ravens 最終以 11：7 勝出比賽，成為2024/25 女子超級聯賽嘅大贏家🏆✨。

今場 Au Elki 嘅表現相當突圍而出，靈活射入三球，榮獲今場 MVP🙌🏻！

【2024/25 女子超級聯賽⚔️— Week 6 Result 🔱Blue Jays vs Ravens】

女子超級聯賽第六輪嘅比賽 Blue Jays 對上 Ravens ，一齊睇吓戰況先啦！

首節雙方勢均力敵，各自攻入三球，打得難分難解，以平局3：3結束。

第二節 Ravens 比 Blue Jays 入多一球，暫時領先 6：5。

進入第三節，Ravens 全力以赴，加強進攻力度同防守，成功阻擋咗 Blue Jays 嘅進攻，連續攻入三球，完節時以 9：5 大幅領先。

最後一節 Blue Jays 比 Ravens 多入一球，可惜因先前拉開嘅分數差距而未能追分成功，最終 Ravens 以11：8 勝出。

今場 Hon Wing Han 嘅表現相當搶眼，成功射入兩球加一球助攻，榮獲今場 MVP！

【2024/25 女子超級聯賽⚔️— Week 4 Result 🔱Ravens vs Flamingo 】

一齊睇下週日 Ravens 對上 Flamingo 嘅女子超級聯賽嘅戰況啦！

第一節雙方展開抗爭，Flamingo 率先攞到稍微嘅優勢，以 3：2 結束首節。

第二節 Ravens 改變策略加強防守，Flamingo 喺未能突破防守嘅狀況下，被 Ravens 追入一球，完節時雙方平分 3：3。

喺面對呢個困局下，Flamingo 臨危不亂，立即調整策略，同時加強防守同進攻，其後連入四球，取得比賽嘅主動權以 7：3 領先。

最後一節雙方各入一球，Flamingo 最終以 8：4 勝出！Flamingo 嘅 _alison.tse 今場表現十分之出色，一共為球隊貢獻三球，勁呀！😍

Flamingo 同 Blue Jays 嘅對決可以話係難分難解，最後 Flamingo 以13:12險勝！

第一節 Blue Jays 展現強勢，率先打開紀錄！雖然 Flamingo 都有還擊，但 Blue Jays 火力全開，以4：2領先完成首節。睇得出 Blue Jays 當日狀態十足🫶🏼！

第二節戰況繼續由Blue Jays 擴大優勢，不過 Flamingo 開始逐漸搵到節奏，連入兩球反撲！但 Blue Jays 喺節尾仍連入兩球，上半場完結時 以7：4領先。

第三節可以話係全場最精彩嘅一節！Flamingo 一開始就連入兩球，但 Blue Jays 都不甘示弱，雙方互有攻守下，打出精彩嘅拉鋸戰！Flamingo 喺節尾追近比分，不過 Blue Jays 仍然以12：8保持領先優勢。

女子超級聯賽第三週迎來 Ravens 同 Blue Jays 嘅龍爭虎鬥，最終 Ravens 以 11：10 險勝！等我為大家重溫呢場激戰！

第一節開始，Ravens就展現強勢，連入兩球！Blue Jays 都冇示弱，連追兩球。Ravens再下一城，仲係一次漂亮嘅助攻合作！Blue Jays 都緊隨其後入多一球，首節以 3：3打和。

第二節比賽節奏放緩，Blue Jays 率先打破僵局入一球。但 Ravens 隨即反擊，連入兩球，將比分改寫成 5：4。
第三節 Ravens 再次展現實力，一開始就入一球！雖然 Blue Jays 都有還擊，但Ravens連入兩球，包括一次靚助攻！Blue Jays 追返一球，但呢節打完 Ravens 已經以 8：6 領先。

最後一節真係令人驚心動魄！Blue Jays 展開猛烈反攻，連入兩球追平！Ravens 都不甘示弱，連入兩球重奪領先優勢。 Blue Jays 再入一球，Ravens 又還一球，Blue Jays 再追近！最終Ravens 就以 11：10 絕地保住勝利！
