That’s a wrap for the 9th APAC Cup🇭🇰

No words can explain how grateful I am to have this opportunity to host everyone here in the Asia World City - Hong Kong🇭🇰💕 I am so glad that everyone had a wonderful experience at our APAC Cup.

This is our 9th year hosting the APAC Cup here in HK. It is a privilege to be able to witness the growth and development of not only our APAC Cup, but also the generations of gymnasts. Seeing gymnast flourish into such talented, brilliant and amazing gymnast, with some gymnast who have became national representatives of their own country today is such a blessing to me.

I still remember clearly how I cried myself to sleep because of all the stress & pressure that I was going through. Being super anxious because I was very doubtful about myself, but my will to aced this project was so strong.

One team, one goal☝️ I am super grateful to have such amazing teammates to work together with (shout out to Staria team!!), we wouldn’t be able to do this without each other😭 I know this may just be a job or a side hustle for everyone, so seeing you all being so invested about this project touches my heart a lot, seriously. Thank you from deep down of my heart💗

Hearing all the positive feedbacks & supportive response from everyone, from both local & overseas teams, makes me feel very emotional because our team had to go through so much to get here and no one can imagine how many hurdles and challenges that we had to overcome. I feel especially touched when I saw how much our girls enjoyed our gala dinner, exchanging gifts, building friendships & danced the night away, literally.

Thank you again to our Staria Team, CAIS our venue provider, all participating teams, judges, team managers, coaches, parent and gymnast for making everything happen. Thank you for sharing the same love and passion in RG. Thank you for believing in us and I hope that everyone will join us to dream, believe & ignite the future💗✨

🎉 Happy 40th Anniversary to CUHK FAA Thomas Cheung School! 🌈

It was such an honour to be invited as a guest to their 40th Anniversary Musical, The Wizard of Oz - A Symphony of Dreams . It truly brought back memories of my own performances of The Wizard of Oz during high school!

Congratulations to CUHK FAA Thomas Cheung School and Principal Chan for hosting such a beautiful musical!

I was genuinely impressed by the talent and passion of the students, and it brought me so much joy to see how much they enjoy being on stage!

A big shoutout to the CUHK Alumni Committee, especially Hardy, for the invitation. It was truly a wonderful experience! 🎭✨

The CAIS Year End Show 2026 was an incredible success! A heartfelt thank you to the Head of School of CAIS, Mr. Daniel Schick, and the CAIS Athletics & ECA department for their unwavering support throughout the academic year.

A special shout-out to our dedicated coaching team, supportive parents, and talented gymnasts!

We are excited for even greater achievements in the future! 💪✨

第六屆香港城市挑戰盃圓滿結束！感謝大家的支持和參與，今次的比賽對於我哋嚟講十分重要！見到咁多來自香港及中國嘅運動員，大家的表現真係非常突出，實在係一個難得的機會！

籌備比賽的血汗淚就唔講咁多，因為其實真係辛苦。但我衷心希望可以建立一個平台，讓每位運動員有更多發揮的機會。今年嘅城市挑戰杯亦都有好多新嘅突破，十分感恩獲得各單位同機構嘅賞識，讓我哋有更多資源繼續發展。

首先，要特別感謝我哋的Organising Committee，尤其是我哋會內的每一位同事，大家默默付出好多心血，令今次比賽能夠順利舉行！✨

亦要多謝所有參賽的俱樂部、教練、負責人、裁判同贊助商，大家的支持對今次活動可謂不可或缺！另外，對所有家長同運動員都要表示感謝，冇你哋嘅支持，就唔會舉辦到比賽！

I’d be lying if I said I felt 100% ready.

Returning to the carpet at 25, after years of retirement, felt like a crazy idea at first. I was skeptical. I lacked confidence. I kept comparing my current self to the gymnast I was years ago.

But then I thought about my academy and the community we are building. If I want to be a mentor and a friend to these girls, I have to show them that it’s okay to be scared. It’s okay to start again.

I didn’t want to miss the chance to feel the adrenaline one more time just because I was worried about my age.

So, here I am. Skeptical? Yes. Nervous? Definitely. But doing it anyway? Absolutely. 🤸‍♀️✨
