嚴肅聲明 以正視聽

本院, （中國香港）趙威洪拳國術健身院暨同學會, 現向武術界前輩， 友好及公眾人士, 作出嚴肅聲明, 以正視聽。

其實事情經已發生在數年前，發現有位"林"姓師傅似乎已經超越本院(會)底線。在從未徵詢過本院趙系嫡親屬允許便隨動用“趙教師公” 旗號出席各公開武術活動表演及講座場合。務請各界武術前輩及公眾人事, 特別提高警惕, 此“林”姓師傅及其團體的活動背後目的。

各系武術界前輩都略有認識本院“趙教”師公事跡, 引致議論紛紛, 引發很多質疑, 向本院(會)作出繁多查詢。
這種情況, 越發頻繁, 已發酵到不恰當地在公眾面前, 引言暗導, 欠缺邏輯, 蒙混過關, 東拉西扯, 似是而非, 拉到先師公“趙教”名聲旗號, 在無其他選擇之情況下, 本院“趙教”師公嫡孫, 趙國強師傅（加拿大）, 趙國基師傅（香港）與及我們一羣徒孫們感覺事有蹺蹊, 非常震驚, 困惑與無限不安。我們必須維護林世榮祖師/趙教先師公在洪拳武術傳承正確的思維及囑咐我們在武術界應有的"尊師重道"行為。

若果“林”姓武者所有言論, 武術哲學及其活動行為謹代表她自己, 或她正式拜師入門的師傅及其團隊, 便為洽當。但無端拉上“趙教”師公旗號與及名聲, 發表言論或演示, 便會給予公眾不必要誤會活動背後目的。

先師公“趙教”及兩位兒子, 包括我們趙威師父, 在香港授武與及跌打館行醫三代（現由嫡孫執業）, 先師公授徒名稱, 徒弟報課名單, 退休年份, 嫡孫趙國強師傅與趙國基師傅及一羣徒孫都會清楚及認知。唯獨這位“林”姓武術愛好者, 我們從沒有認識她系出那位“趙系”洪拳武術前輩。

我們武術界一向都會掛著自己被傳授武術技藝的師父旗號, 以代表尊敬與及肩負責任傳達謙遜。

我們一眾不了解, 也不明白那團體的作業目的和手法何在。因察覺到有不明瞭原因, 便作出提醒告介各方, 以免產生任何誤會或被蒙騙情況出現。

其實, 作為尚武者, 師承那位前輩我們都樂意見到與彼此尊重。但我們作為武術界不願意見到不實引述, 東拉西扯不實關係作為招徠。這令到我們一眾徒孫們感到嚴重不安, 情緒困擾, 愧對先師們期望與傳承。涉事者作為尚武者可能沒有考慮到這種無形情感傷害, 期盼點到即止, 回頭是岸。

我們作為中國香港洪拳傳統武術傳承者, 十分歡迎同好武者, 弘揚洪拳武術與及其哲學, 新思維, 日新月異科學訓練方法, 推己及人, 薪火相傳。但無端拉上先師公名號作活動, 沒有顧及各人感受的同時, 傷害了我們一班後輩對先賢的尊重。

各武術界前輩或有興趣武術人士, 如需要核實洪拳趙教/趙威父子門下學藝名單, 歡迎隨時諮詢。

現今中國香港的社會, 由於科技日新月異, 也是金融科技的重要市場, 再加上近幾年警方與及新聞媒體報導, 有呼籲, 預防, 發生實例提醒公眾, 有心人處心積慮,營造完美故事, 未知意欲如何, 務請各方避免墮入不必要圈套陷阱, 影響洪拳先師“趙教”名聲及不必要的麻煩。

最後, 在此希望各位武術前輩好友, 把此嚴肅聲明轉發分享, 以正視聽。

Serious Statement to set the records right :

We, CHIU WAI - Hung Gar Chinese Boxing Gym, today, wish to make an official statement to all famed Hong Kong Traditional Chinese Kung Fu Grand Masters, practitioners, and the public kung fu communities, to set the records right.

In fact, these malpractice behaviors have been occurring for several years. It has been identified that the "Lam" female kung fu master has reached and beyond the redline of our CHIU WAI Hung Gar association. She never asked for permission from Chiu Kou's family (sons and grandsons) if it is appropriate to raise the flags of our most dearest Chiu Kou Grand-Grandmaster in the public Chinese Kung Fu activities, demonstrations, and/or seminars/speech. We urge all of the Hong Kong famed Traditional Kung Fu Grandmasters and the public awareness of what the underlying purpose/motivation behind her acts/behaviors.

As a matter of fact, most of the Hong Kong honorable kung fu grandmasters recognize the histories and stories of our most respectful Chiu Kou Grand-Grand Master, the malpractice behaviors have generated many queries, doubts, and questions sent to our association.

Recently this chaotic situation recurs frequently, her presentation contents are delivered in an inappropriate manners which possibly mislead, imply, slip through purposely correlate to the fame and the flags of our most dearest Chiu Kou Grand-Grandmaster.

Therefore we have no other alternatives but the Chiu Kou family (the grandsons) Grand Masters Ambrose Chiu and Dennis Chiu and our fellow students feel so conspiracy, astonished, doubtful, and insecure about her rationale behind.

We must hold on to what we have learned about the righteous, philosophies and passing on to infinite generations from our Grand-Grand-Grandmasters within our Chinese Kung Fu community.

It is totally acceptable, if the lady "Lam" master makes statements, presentations, demonstrations on behalf of herself, her school, her official masters. But without permission and without an official relationship with Chiu Kou Grand-Grandmaster, this is totally a wrong doing to quote the fame that mislead the public unnecessary.

Our Chiu Kou Grand-Grandmaster and his two sons include our Grand Masters Chiu Wai, taught Hung Gar traditional kung fu and practice Chinese bone-settings medication in Hong Kong for 3 consecutive generations (currently the grandsons practice). In this connection, we have a full official students name list records. Plus we know and recognize these student brothers and sisters. Unfortunately we have no clue about this lady "Lam" master from any Chiu's family trees.

Our Chinese Kung Fu community has the very respectful tradition to raise the flags of our dearest masters to show our respect, loyalty, and shoulder responsibility. Therefore we all cannot understand what this team is going after. As a result, we must raise the observation and awareness to the Kung Fu community avoiding the unnecessary potential faults may occur.

As Chinese Kung Fu pursuers, we all love to see mutual respect among the senior Grand Masters. But definitely, we hate to receive disguise presentations, and speech. All this camouflage impacts us deeply in heart and beliefs. We sincerely hope this comes to an end and stop the wrong doing. Return to where you begin the pure purpose of learning Hung Gar kung fu.

All honorable senior Kung Fu Grandmasters, you are more than welcome to inquire and validate Chiu Kou Grand-Grandmaster and Chiu Wai Grand Masters student name list with us anytime.

Hong Kong today has various types of technology especially the financial technology sector, together with the Hong Kong police force showing various scams and frauds through TVs and social media. All of us must prevent, guard against, people trying to stitch a Rosy picture and storyline. We never knew the traps until one hit it. Our purpose is to give the public the heads up.
