🫡 Our hiking team wants to share with you 4 key points on how to make your hiking experience more enjoyable.

👂Listen - as we are in a very busy city, during our hike it’s best to pause and hear the sound along the trail; water flowing, birds cirping, insects buzzing, wind blowing.

🤚🏻 Feel - touch the tree trunks, leaves, dip your feet kn stream, or lie directly on the grass. ⚠️ Don’t pick.

😮‍💨 Breath - savor the fresh, earthy scent of nature along the trail.

👀 Observe - look at how the interplay of sunlight through the leaves, check out the different vibrsnt colors of the flowers.

So the next time you go for an adventure, remember to apply these four things during you hike and create memories that last forever.

🤩 Game changer for all hikers and trail runners at Pak Kung Au section, as a newly made toilet and wash area was recently build. Besides that, 2 vending machines equipped with plenty of hydrations are now available.
伯公坳段 巳有新洗手間及兩部飲品機，備有多款飲料

💪🏻 Hikers or trail runners can now cool off and replenish at the Pak Kung Au section to decide to continue up either Lantau Peak Or Sunset Peak when doing a 2 peak challenge.
因飲料充足，行山或越野跑人仕可決定挑戰 鳳凰山及/或大東山
