【健身教學】做得啱先係練嘢,做得錯就係傷身!Dips (雙臂屈伸) 常見錯誤大公開!⚡️

今日出片教大家點樣做 dips 練胸肌同三頭肌,有邊啲位置係大家成日犯錯嘅:

❌ 三個絕對要避免既錯誤位:
1. **拗腰 (Arch back):** 身體太直上直落,反而令腰椎壓力變大,容易受傷!
2. **無完整幅度 (Not enough ROM):** 落得太淺,肌肉唔夠伸展,刺激唔夠!
3. **落得太深 (Too deep):** 超越胸肌可控制範圍,對膊頭關節造成巨大壓力,容易受傷!
💡 *註:錯誤3其實喺健身界有好多爭論!想知個中原因同點樣搵到適合自己嘅幅度?直接嚟場搵我傾吓,我會話你知點解!😉*

✅ 安全dips 做法應該係:
1. **直上直落:** 核心收緊,令身體重心保持直線穩定上落!
2. **手肘成90度:** 落到手肘同膊頭成水平 (大約90度) 就可以起身,保護膊頭又夠刺激!
3. **完整幅度:** 喺膊頭安全嘅情況下,做出最完整嘅動作範圍,令肌肉得到最大刺激!
