Restoration Dance and Wellness

Many people don't know that I'm a former fitness and dance instructor I'm bigger and older now so every once in awhile I get a chance to get a real workout in and they all look like they didn't know fat people can move laugh out loud 😂 every once in awhile a big chick be moving 😜

This verse is often used to encourage believers that God can restore joy, time, and blessings that were lost to past mistakes, trials, or hardships. 

Context of Restoration: Following a plague of locusts that destroyed crops and brought famine, this verse promises that God will compensate for the lost time and produce



Symbolism: The locusts represent total destruction, often interpreted as consequences of disobedience or severe trials. However, the promise focuses on God’s power to repair and renew.

The Promise: God promises to not just restore, but to bring about a state where people "eat in plenty, and be satisfied".

"My Great Army": The verse highlights that even the destruction was under God's control, and He is the one who brings the restoration.

Curly hair can take on so many different looks based on the water, the weather, the environment, the products used as well as other factors. When I was in Charlotte I did a lot more wash n go's but in Michigan I do a lot less of them. In fact these pictures were actually taken in three different states ☺️.Wash n go's can be quick or time consuming depending on what's going on with your hair that day they can also use a lot of product if you have a lot of hair like I do. Often times you will see me with dry curls due to these factors. But I do love the definition that comes from good water and great products! ☺️🥰

Last April at the Extraordinary Women's Mercy & Grace Conference. This was on set up night before the conference. I served as an encourager during the conference and got to encourage and pray with the ladies during the course of the conference. Its amazing how you can be going through your own thing and God is still like yeah but you have a gift to go minister to others...
