賽前最後提示 / Final Reminder

各位家長及教練 / Dear Parents and Coaches:

1. 禁止跳水 / No Diving Allowed

為確保安全，參賽者禁止以跳水方式入水（正如付款收據所述）。

For safety reasons, absolutely no diving is allowed. Swimmers must start from inside the water.

2. 家長進場安排 / Parent Access Restrictions

家長嚴禁進入池面，請於池邊觀賽區觀賽及打氣。

Parents are not allowed on the pool deck. Please watch from the designated spectator area.

3. 教練進場安排 / Coach Pass Registration

教練必須憑泳總或教師會有效教練證，到召集處領取教練卡方可進入池面。

Coaches must present a valid HKASA or HKSTA certificate at the marshalling area to collect a Coach Pass for pool deck access.

4. 預計時間及召集 / Schedule & Roll Call

時間表僅供參考，並非準確時間。因參賽人數眾多，大會無法準確預計時間，請緊密留意 WhatsApp 群組的即時召集通知。

Estimated times are approximations only. Due to the large number of participants, we cannot accurately estimate the time. Please check the WhatsApp group for real-time roll call updates.

5. 必備物品及場地安排 / Essential Items & Venue Layout

請自備雨傘及足夠飲用水。泳池及召集處均設於室內，但家長觀賽區則位於室外。

Please bring an umbrella and enough water. The pool and marshalling area are indoor, but the spectator viewing area is outdoor.
