【肥佬麥越野賽🪨 - #報名已經開始喇 📣📣】
一年一度「肥佬麥越野賽」由城門跑去大城石澗🏞探吓肥佬麥🪨，將於2027年1月31日 (星期日)舉行。

賽事進入第5️⃣屆， 賽道將會嚟過大反轉 🔄 大家起步後就先到肥佬麥石🪨 ，再到鉛礦坳。單圈14k 跑手會上針山後返城門終點； 雙圈35k 跑手就會經龍門郊遊徑上大帽山，再到鉛礦坳，然後上針山後 ⛰️返終點。今屆最後先啪針將會對雙圈跑手嚟講係一大挑戰 😁

《 Fat Mak Trail Race 🪨 is now open 》

The Fat Mak Trail Race, running from Shing Mun to Fat Mak Rock 🪨 located along the route in Tai Shing Stream 🏞, will be held on January 31st 2027 (Sunday).

For the 5th edition, the race will follow the original route but in reverse 🔄. In other words, after the start, runners will head towards Fat Mak Rock 🪨 before reaching Lead Mine Pass CP. From there, the 14km single-loop runners will climb Needle Hill before returning to the Shing Mun finish point. After reaching Lead Mine Pass CP, the 35km double-loop runners will climb Tai Mo Shan via the Lung Mun Country Trail, before going once more to Lead Mine Pass and finally climbing Needle Hill ⛰️. Climbing Needle Hill in the last section will be a big challenge for those doing the double loop 😁

《 Cachalot - A Japanese brand handcrafted by artisan 🧢 》

Cachalot, a Japanese brand founded in 2001 by a husband-and-wife team from Osaka, Japan, Yoshihito Mukai 👨 and Yoshihito Noriko 👩, has finally launched in Hong Kong ✈️🇭🇰.

Cachalot is French for s***m whale. Every Cachalot product features Noriko’s favourite s***m whale logo 🐋.

NRNG is introducing Cachalot to Hong Kong because it values the brand’s uniqueness. Every product is designed for perfection and the highest quality.

Cachalot uses Japanese-made fabrics and European fabrics that are then dyed in Japan. The planning, design, hand-painting 🎨, and sewing ✂️🪡🧶 are all done in their studio in Izumi City, Osaka.

Yoshihito Mukai is a highly skilled traditional craftsman 🎨🖌 with meticulous attention to detail. Ms Noriko’s 👐 creations are all handmade, produced in small batches. 💯 🇯🇵 Made in Japan!

【Setting the record straight after the post about

In our last post, we joked that Cathy had adopted a "lying-flat" approach at the start of the long and steep staircase to Tai Sheung Tok. Apparently, it might have put a few people off signing up! 😂
