Mindful Wing Chun

For Wing Chun practitioners who are interested in Chu Shong Tin’s Wing Chun approach, and who want to understand the “how” and “why” behind their practice.

In September 2026, Sifu Nima King will lead 5 full training days in Hong Kong, with 30+ hours of hands-on Wing Chun training, direct correction, and focused small-group guidance.

The training will focus on helping you gain a clearer physical understanding of the internal side of Chu Shong Tin Wing Chun, including:
•⁠ ⁠Alignment, Taigung, Seng, and elastic body connection
•⁠ ⁠How relaxation, structure, and whole-body connection affect force
•⁠ ⁠Using the forms to understand internal principles, rather than only memorising movements
•⁠ ⁠Chi Sau for fluidity, continuity of force, elastic loading, and automatic response
•⁠ ⁠Pressure testing, timing, speed, and practical training scenarios
•⁠ ⁠Nim Lik, internal cultivation, body awareness, and personal direction for continued training

•⁠ ⁠6 nights of accommodation in Sai Kung, Hong Kong
•⁠ ⁠5 full training days with Sifu Nima King
