定係測試,仲喺度🧘🏾‍♀️

練習記錄:
𑁍 全蓮花要唔鬆開,但係又唔可以盤得太實,太實推嘅時候易磨膝頭哥,又會影響開髖。
𑁍上去之前盤實啲,預推深嘅時候會鬆開少少,但都要hold唔好俾佢鬆開
᪥ Wild-Thing入比地下推上去容易
𑁍 臀線& Hamstrings較難發力,盡量keep住,以免跌返向後同落咗下腰
𑁍 唔好一味死推向膝頭哥方向,會磨膝頭哥,要加埋向上推

Low Lunge Backbend ♥
今次試吓用一個唔同嘅方法apply🤩

練習紀錄:
𑁍 低弓步雙手打開向後,拉長身軀;
同時間坐骨向下,左盆骨輕微內旋下沉,膝頭哥微微向前推
𑁍 升起小腿時注意穩定;放低小腿時右腳穩定,髖稍稍升起
𑁍 專注呼吸雙手推直,繼續坐骨向下膝頭哥向前,腳趾放鬆,升起腳踭
