返工坐到成身病🥲 ? 3部器械KO職場痛症!
朝早頸梗、晏晝寒背、收工腰硬——你唔係老,係肌肉失衡。
認住呢3部機,唔好亂操機:
🦾 ① 龍門架(面拉)
改善頸梗、頭前伸
繩索set額頭高,拉向面兩側,手腕向外轉。
強化頸後深層肌肉,拉返正你個頭。做完條頸即時輕晒。
🦾 ② 坐姿划船機(V把)
改善寒背、圓肩
胸頂擋板,手肘向後夾,拉向腹,停1秒。
前面胸肌太緊,後面背肌太鬆,呢部幫你「收緊後面」,掰直個身。練完行路自然挺胸。
🦾 ③ 腿部推蹬機(倒蹬機)
改善久坐腰酸
腳踩中後段,腳跟發力推,膝微彎慢放。
屁股瞓著咗,條腰頂更先痛。叫醒個屁股,條腰即刻收工。
健身唔係為變大隻,係幫身體做保養。
頸唔梗、腰唔痠——返工都冇咁難捱。

Stiff neck in the morning, hunched back by midday, tight lower back when you clock out — you’re not old, you‘ve just got muscle imbalances.
Remember these 3 machines — don’t just jump on random equipment:
🦾 ① Cable Machine (Face Pulls)
*For stiff necks and forward head posture
Set the rope at forehead height, pull it toward the sides of your face, and rotate your wrists outward.
This strengthens the deep muscles at the back of your neck and pulls your head back into alignment. Your neck will feel instantly lighter.
🦾 ②Seated Cable Row (V-grip handle)
*For hunched back and rounded shoulders
Chest against the pad, drive your elbows backward, pull the handle toward your stomach, and hold for 1 second.
Your chest muscles are too tight, your back muscles are too loose — this machine ”tightens up the back“ and straightens your posture. You‘ll walk taller naturally after training.
